To the extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a reputable arbitration provider under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sonoma County, California. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any relief that would be available in court. You and Keystone agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

The Site is controlled and operated from the United States and is not intended to subject Keystone to non-U.S. jurisdiction or laws. You are responsible for compliance with local laws if you access the Site from outside the United States.
